We make every effort to process your order within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed you will receive an order confirmation followed by a shipping confirmation. Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), 2 Day Shipping (2 business days) or Free Standard Shipping on purchases $100.00 or more, before tax .Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery using free shipping.

Returns

All our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment. Please send photographic proof of damage to perfecttouchcandles@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
